Two staff members from Labata Fantalle Organization (LaFO) recently attended a training session titled "Financial and Grant Management Training for EUCSF+ Capacity Development Program for Local and Grassroot CSOs Pool Members." The event, held at Aya Hotel in Addis Ababa - Ethiopia, was hosted by CoSAP and organized by MG Consultancy. Although LaFO is currently a non-grantee member of the CoSAP Consortium, the training proved to be highly valuable. It provided significant insights into enhancing financial accountability and strengthening grant management skills. Additionally, LaFO had the opportunity to share its experiences with other Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) on effective financial oversight practices.
