Two staff members of Labata Fantalle Organization (LaFO) have attended a training on Leadership and Team Management hosted by CoSAP under EU CSF + Capacity Development Program for Local Grassroots CSOs pool members and organized by Sew Asset Training & Consultancy PLC. The training was informative and our staff were able to captured lots of insights, skills and experiences from fellow trainees. The training was held at Safari Lodge in Adama – Ethiopia, April 28-29, 2025. Although LaFO is currently a non-grantee member of the CoSAP consortium, the training was proved highly valuable for organizations such as ours that are growing progressively. It has provided significant insights into enhancing Leadership and Team management skills. Besides, LaFO had the opportunity to share its experiences with other CSOs on effective Leadership and Team Management practices.
